Я решил принять участие в небольшом конкурсе писателей фантастов «Fast Fiction» по вселенной «Warhammer 40,000».

В этом конкурсе начинающие писатели проверяют свои навыки повествования, создавая захватывающие, насыщенные персонажами истории.

Объем истории не должен превышать тысячи слов на английском языке.

Заявки принимаются до 31 марта 2026 года.

Я, в свою очередь, сделал небольшой ремейк на свой рассказ «Код Морганы», и назвал его соответственно «Моргана».

«Код Морганы» — это большая и захватывающая история о добре и зле. О покорении Археокроном нашей галактики и о противостоянии ему человечества и всего живого разумного мира в лице человека Нестора Вервия.

«Моргана» — это все та же вечная тема борьбы добра и зла, которая происходит в параллельной вселенной «Warhammer 40,000» между одним из богов Хаоса Нурглом и человечеством.

Рассказ «Моргана» написан исключительно для конкурса Cold Open Stories.

Friends!

I’ve decided to participate in a small writing competition called “Fast Fiction” set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

In this competition, aspiring writers test their storytelling skills by creating gripping, character-rich stories.

Stories must be no longer than 1,000 words in English.

Submissions are accepted until March 31, 2026.

I, in turn, have made a small remake of my story “The Morgana Code,” and appropriately titled it “Morgana.”

“The Morgana Code” is a grand and gripping story about good and evil. It tells the story of the Archaeocron’s conquest of our galaxy and the confrontation between humanity and all living, intelligent beings, represented by the human Nestor Verveus.

“The Morgana” explores the same timeless theme of the struggle between good and evil, unfolding in the parallel universe of “Warhammer 40,000” between one of the Chaos Gods, Nurgle, and humanity.

The story “The Morgana” was written exclusively for the Cold Open Stories competition.
